Absolutely Charming and Comfortable Stay

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience! The surroundings were stunning and felt like stepping into a Gabriel García Márquez story—a true tranquil escape. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a fantastic jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The staff, especially Camila and Carolina, were incredibly attentive and made us feel at home.

The surroundings are stunning, and the hotel itself exudes charm. However, the meal service during our dinner left much to be desired, with long waits and lukewarm drinks. The room we had was excellent, spacious, and comfortable, though more attention to dining could enhance the experience.

The Superior Quadruple Room offered a cozy space with ample room for a family. The surrounding nature provided a serene backdrop, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The restaurant needs a serious menu overhaul, offering limited options that aren't accommodating for special diets like vegan or keto. Breakfast choices were sparse, and charging extra for side changes felt off. Additionally, the parking situation outside was disappointing, as you expect more when paying for a stay. On top of that, the building where we were placed during low season felt deserted, with furniture not properly arranged for use, which might be unsettling for some guests.

especially enjoyed the charm of the nearby towns. The owner, Andrés, was incredibly helpful and offered great local insights. However, I did notice that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which was inconvenient.

The hotel's charming decor resembles a beautiful colonial masterpiece, with inviting spaces and thoughtful touches everywhere. As a senior, I found it easy to navigate the hotel, and I was captivated by its colorful mosaics and elegant design.

The room was really comfy with a big nice mattress, and the bathroom was huge! It even had a jacuzzi. I loved the grooming products, and it felt clean and well-cared for. Could hear roosters at sunrise which was cool. The overall vibe of the hotel felt so homey and peaceful.
